Everything seemed to be done quickly and efficiently without fuss


I approached three real estate agencies to find a sales person for the sale of my mother’s house.
I was pleased with my selection of Geoff Carlaw.
When it was discovered that the property was on a “moiety title” Geoff had the time to explain to me exactly what that meant and the possible impact on the sale.
I found Geoff very easy to communicate with and he always returned my calls in less than 10 minutes if he was busy when I called.
Geoff held many open for inspections and numerous private inspections prior to the auction.
Everything seemed to be done quickly and efficiently without fuss.
The auction proceeded well and the result was good.
