Impressive Agent


When we decided it was time to sell our beloved home of 25 yrs and downsize, we wanted a professional, down to earth, and understanding real estate agent. A real estate agent that would listen to what we wanted and work for us. When Geoff from Bailey Property Group called by to meet us, I instantly knew that he would be the agent to sell our home. What impressed me was he made no promises that could not be met. 

 Jeff was dedicated to selling our property and making the process as smooth as possible for us both. He kept us updated all the way and offered honest feedback on the property. He also knows the North Eastern suburbs well so is up to date with market trends in the area. I believe this local knowledge helped to sell the property in as little as three weeks. 

 The way our home was presented for all open inspections was a credit to Geoff and all parties.
