Win a Car Terms and conditions

First 25 homes listed, marketed & contracted from 1st March 2021 with a minimum of $8,800 (for properties with a sale price below $400,000). For Properties with a sale price over $400,000 fee as Principals discretion.  Up until 31st December. Maximum number of entries is 25. 1 entry per property listed and must be 18 years or older. 

Vehicle Yaris Cross GX 1.5L Petrol auto CVT Hatch 40932000. Car will have delivery and promotion kilometres. Prize value $31,226.00. Including 12 months registration.  Insurance is NOT included. Winner will have to insure car prior to collection.  Bailey Property accepts no responsibility for this vehicle after collection.

All entrants to be notified of prize draw date by phone.  Prize to be drawn with or at Bailey Property Group - 1282 North East Road Tea Tree Gully by a Justice of the Peace 12pm 31st December 2021.

Bailey Property Group accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the lottery period.  No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. 

Any property withdrawn from Sale voids entry to this competition.

If prize is not collected, entrants will be notified of the redraw by phone.  If redraw is required, it will take place at 1282 North East Road, Tea Tree Gully 10th January 2022 12pm
